Guess what today Is.!!!! Give up already?? - Ok, I'll tell you. Today is National Toasted Marshmallow Day.
Now Sir knight and my son and his family like their marshmallows on smores. - Me, well I don't really like chocolate ( Yea I know, I am really weird) so I just like my marshmallows plain - toasted till they are just golden brown and not that burnt and chard stuff .
How do you like yours?
So make sure you light up the grill and toast some marshmallows today.

You are a wealth of information dear Penny. I find it fasinating you don't like chocolate...that makes you one UNIQUE women for sure. I secret love marshmallows, especially the little ones in pink and green and you put them in JELLO...toasted are wonderful...campfire memories...
I like mine toasted as large as they can get, without falling off the stick. I'll take them plain or on a graham cracker or in a s'more.
Well, Our mom likes them black and charred and all gooey inside. Dad like them golden. Our little sisfur likes them untoasted and us cats...like 'em in ice cream!
