Great American Grump Out

Hello evfurryone,
I know it's suppose to be wordless Wednesday - But ----- I just had to say a word or two about the Grump Out.

The 11th annual
                 Wednesday, May 2, 2012.

The Grump Out asks all you sour pusses to suck it up and refrain from getting your grump on -- at least for 24 hours.

That includes no grumping, no frowning, no grousing, complaining, punching, slapping, hitting or killing. FOR ONE WHOLE DAY

Grump Out goals:
  1. To help people better understand the connection between negative attitudes, stress and health.
  2. To see America give themselves permission to be friendly, playful, supportive and loving for just one day. (You guys & girls in other countries can do it too you know.)
  3. To lighten up our planet and reduce unhealthy stress through humor.
  4. To have FUN!

Spread the word to all your humans! Facebook it, Twitter it, MySpace it, Blog it, Email it, and Share it with your friends...especially your grumpy friends.

Less Grumpy = less Stress & better Health

I'm trying to be less grumpy today, myself.

And I linked to your post, Dear One.

You are the one who told me, about this Day. :-)

"A fine bunch of water lilies you turned out to be.
I'd like to see anybody make me wash,
if I didn't wanna."

I didn't really that "Grumpiness" was so technical. I don't have to worry, cuz I am always happy.

Hi I just love this post, too. In fact, I love it because my name is Janice Hathy and I am the creator of the Grump Out. I was thrilled to see that you thought enough of the day and saw the importance of the event to post it. Thank you so much. XXOO A warm smile from Venice, Florida!
