I am in total agreement that individuals hide behind the computer/e-mail/internet to say what they don't have the nerve to say fact to face. I also think that manners of this generation has gone to the dogs. My husband and I are both sticklers in demanding our son use the utmost best manners to EVERYONE and he does!
